Abstract:

Since the CPC’s 19th National Congress was held, the whole society have earnestly studied and implemented the spirits of the 19th National Congress of the Party. Under the guidance of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, cultural undertakings are an important subject of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Developing cultural undertakings is an indispensable way for cultural selfconfidence. It is necessary to deeply analyze the main contradictions faced by China's cultural undertakings in the new era，and further improve the rules of law and policy system of public cultural services. At the same time, we should promote digitalization and socialization of public cultural services, realize the systematization, standardization and equalization of public cultural services, and be the watchmen and disseminators of Chinese national culture.
