Abstract: ［Purpose/Significance］Intelligence information services provide great supports to counterterrorism. It is necessary to explore and innovate the theories and practice for anti-terrorist intelligence information services so as to meet the requirements of the new era. ［Design/Methodology］An intelligence information service system for counterterrorism has been developed according to the status and problems of the anti-terrorist intelligence information services, and the implementing approach has also been proposed. ［Findings/Conclusion］Currently, antiterrorist intelligence services need to be improved in the construction, analysis and process, collaboration and sharing, and transformation and application. Consequently, this paper builds a logic framework for antiterrorist intelligence service system from four aspects including resource repository, business process, organizational management and functional application. Besides, implementing approaches have been proposed from the aspects of strategic guiding, pattern innovation, and intelligence practical operation. ［Originality/Value］This research is helpful for enriching and improving the theoretical system of terrorist intelligence service. It also provides reference for strengthening anti terrorist intelligence work in the new era.
