Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]This paper aims at building a systematic evaluation index system and conducting an evaluation research on mobile music apps from the perspective of user experience.[Design/Methodology]Based on the theory of perceived affordances framework in user experience design of mobile music Apps, this paper established a user experience evaluation index system in mobile music Apps. After calculating the weight coefficient of each evaluation index by using AHP-entropy weight method, this paper evaluated the current status of user experience of four mainstream mobile music Apps in China. [Findings/Conclusion]The results show that the QQ Music has the highest user experience score, and the NetEase Cloud Music and the KuGou Music ranked second and third respectively with a slight disadvantage, while the KuWo Music ranks fourth.
[Originality/Value]The findings will provide a comprehensive evaluation index system for mobile music App user experience design, and also provide a reference for interaction design and iterative optimization of online music applications.
