Abstract:

Personal information protection is a very important problem in smart city construction. The smart city’s connotation,data types and information environment characteristics are analyzed.Combined with the current legislation of personal information security both domestic and overseas,personal rights of personal information security in the whole information life cycle are summarized,and when comes to the personal information protection,the problem are presented from the perspectives of government,smart services provider and the third parties.Hence,seven legislative principles of personal information rights,four of the government public power moderation,five of the smart service provider’s responsibility and three of the third party’s trade restriction are put forward.
