Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to improve service efficiency and quality, ultimately providing informed guidance for facilitating libraries' intelligent transformation and boosting their operational efficacy. [Design/Methodology] Based on the core characteristics of spatial intelligence, namely "perception + decision-making + action", this study proposes a real-time response framework for library knowledge services. Using the reference consultation service scenario as a typical application scenario for simulation analysis, it studies the effectiveness of a spatial intelligence-based resource scheduling algorithm in enhancing service response efficiency. [Findings/Conclusion] From a theoretical perspective, a four-layer architectural framework comprising infrastructure layer, data resource layer, technical support layer, and service application layer is constructed. The entire real-time response process includes five stages: real-world perception, data modeling, situational computing, dynamic decision-making and intelligent response. The simulation results demonstrate that the resource scheduling algorithm based on spatial intelligence outperforms the traditional algorithm in terms of response time. [Originality/Value] This paper introduces spatial intelligence technology into the field of library knowledge services. It offers technical pathways and implementation strategies for enhancing libraries' real-time response capabilities.
