高校图书馆管理制度有效性的理论构建——基于扎根理论的探索性研究

Theoretical Construction on the Management System Effectiveness of University Library——An Exploratory Research Based on Grounded Theory

摘要:

通过对3所案例高校图书馆的扎根理论研究构建了高校图书馆管理制度有效性的理论模型,即高校图书馆在其管理制度过程中,基于制度文本、制度机制、制度环境和制度个体从整体上形成制度制定、制度实施和制度调整的有效性。在此基础上提出高校图书馆管理制度有效性的概念,即由高校图书馆内部根据其自身组织和外部环境制定成文并具备操作性、均衡性、兼容性和约束性的符号性规范,在一致性框架和制度机制的共同作用下,促使制度个体通过自身的素质能力水平和情感价值判断作出符合制度目标的行为选择以及图书馆内部根据制度环境、机制、个体的变化对制度文本进行动态调整的能力。

Abstract:

This study constructed the theoretical model through a grounded theory research on three university libraries, based on institutional text, institutional environment, institutional mechanism and institutional individual, which referred to the formation of the effectiveness in terms of the establishment, implementation and adjustment of institution in the process of management institution of university library. On this basis, the study come up with the concept of the management system effectiveness of university library, its refers to a symbolic criteria established by university library according to its internal organization and external environment, which has operability, equilibrium, compatibility and constraint. Under the joint influence of framework consistency and institutional mechanism, the effectiveness could impel the individual to meet the institutional goals, considering the quality of its own ability level and emotional value judgment.
