摘要:

本研究探讨了搜索任务复杂度对用户情感的影响,基于Li提出的客观复杂度设置搜索任务开展用户实验,在实验中通过日内瓦评估问卷采集情感体验。研究结果显示,参与者对搜索任务的主观感知评价与其客观复杂度基本一致,所有任务中都同时存在不同的甚至是相反的情感成分,但是随着任务复杂度的增加,由积极情感主导逐步变为消极情感主导,主宰情感的多样性不断增大,任务复杂度对情感体验的影响主要体现在情感强度和情感持续时长两个方面。

Abstract:

This research investigated the impacts of search task complexity on users’ emotions. We created three tasks for the experiment based on Li’s objective complexity and collected emotional data with the Geneva Appraisal Questionnaire. The results show that the participants’ subjective perception of the search tasks were consistent with their objective complexity. Different or even opposite emotional components coexisted in all tasks, but as the complexity increased, the emotion valence became negative from positive gradually, and the variety of the dominating emtions increased. Significant influences of task complexity can be found on emotion intensity and emotion duration.
