摘要: [目的/意义]探讨区块链技术在电子文件真实性保障场景中的适用性,与信息技术结合解决电子文件真实性保障领域现存的问题。
[研究设计/方法]首先使用结构化方法对基于区块链技术进行电子文件真实性保障的可行性进行了论证,接着提出基于区块链技术的电子文件真实性保障系统概念模型,利用区块链技术保存电子文件数字摘要来保证电子文件生命周期全过程的真实性。[结论/发现]采用区块链技术进行电子文件真实性保护具有可行性,且有助于保持电子文件真实性凭证存储的稳定性、安全性、透明性,也可以帮助降低成本。[创新/价值]将区块链技术引入了电子文件真实性保障研究领域,探讨了区块链技术在电子文件真实性保障场景下的应用方案。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to discuss the applicability of the blockchain technology in the context of guaranteeing the authenticity of electronic records and how to combine with the information technology to solve the existing problems.
[Design/Methodology]This paper firstly demonstrated the feasibility of electronic records authenticity guarantee based on the blockchain technology by using structured method. Then a conceptual model of ensuring the authenticity of electronic documents based on blockchain technology was proposed. The digital abstracts of electronic records were saved by blockchain in order to ensure the authenticity of electronic records during its whole life cycle.[Findings/Conclusion]It has been found that it is feasible to adopt blockchain for the ensurance of electronic records authenticity. Moreover, the adoption of blockchain is helpful to maintain the stability, security and transparency of the storage of electronic records’ authenticity proofs, and reduce the cost as well.[Originality/Value]This paper has introduced the blockchain technology into the research on electronic records authenticity guarantee, and explored the application scheme of blockchain technology in the context of electronic records authenticity guarantee.
