情报学领域人工智能相关研究的文献计量分析及探析

摘要: [目的/意义]作为一门与信息技术密切关联的学科,近年来快速发展的人工智能为情报学带来了诸多影响。有效梳理和整合这些影响的发展脉络与应用场景,强化人工智能在当前情报工作中的角色与作用,能为情报学相关研究的发展提供一定的参考与启示。
[研究设计/方法]聚焦情报学领域人工智能相关研究,从高被引论文、文献共引、主题词共现三个维度对人工智能在情报学中的知识基础及其演化和研究热点予以分析与解读。[结论/发现]归纳了人工智能研究对情报学的影响,主要包括促进情报学研究主题的衍生和情报学研究方法的革新两方面,并从理论创新、研究对象拓展、信息服务提升与学科建设四个方面探讨人工智能在情报学领域可能的应用。[创新/价值]通过对情报学领域人工智能相关研究进行深入量化分析和定性研究,探讨和揭示了该主题下研究热点、研究趋势和相关发展规律,为相关领域学者提供一定借鉴与启发。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]As a subject closely related to information technology, information science has been definitely influenced by the rapid development of artificial intelligence. It is supposed to provide reference and inspirations for the development of information science by effectively sorting out the developing trajectory and application scenarios and strengthening the role of artificial intelligence in current intelligence. [Design/Methodology]This study focuses on artificial intelligence and related researches in the field of information science. It systematically analyzes and interpreted the basic knowledge, evolution and research hotspots of artificial intelligence in this field from the perspectives of cited reference and keywords cooccurrence network.[Findings/Conclusion]This paper concludes the influences of artificial intelligence on information science, which include the promotion of topic evolution and innovation of research methodology. Besides, the possible applications of artificial intelligence in the field of information science are explored from the perspectives of theory innovation, researching object expansion, information service improvement and discipline construction.[Originality/Value]Through indepth quantitative and qualitative research, this paper comprehensively reveals the hotspots, trends and developing laws of artificial intelligence in information science, and provides reference and inspirations to scholars in related fields.
