Abstract:

The cost is a very important issue in the re-use of public sector information resources. Countries in the world have different views on charging principles, charging standard and charging reduce in the reuse of public sector information resources. Analyzing relevant provisions of some countries and organizations, based on China’s national conditions and learning international best practice, this paper provides proposal on charging system of the reuse of public sector information resources.
