Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]  To clarify specific action strategies and directions, this paper carried out a study based on the practice of digital memory socialized resourcing led by foreign libraries. [Design/Methodology] The functional orientation of libraries in the practice of digital memory socialization resourcing is identified by representative cases, and its practice path and resourcing key points are analyzed. [Findings/Conclusion] As a result, it is recognized that the resourcing strategy is to establish a resourcing system based on digital memory theory and methods, to build panoramic memory resources based on digital characteristics, to establish a mechanism for demassified participation by leading social forces, and to integrate dual measures to strengthen resourcing guarantees. Based on existing practical experience, the further development directions are proposed from four aspects: theoretical method system resourcing, promotion of process reengineering optimization, establishment of a coordination and cooperation framework, and exploration of action guarantee mechanisms. [Originality/Value] Those research conclusion provide reference for libraries in China to expand their functions and to innovate services for digital memory preservation and transmission, and to promote the formation and popularization of the social resourcing model of digital memory.
