Abstract:

Taking the government website of Hubei province as an example, the paper carries out an empirical research on the GWPSE Evaluation Model constructed in the previous study and It uses the PLS method to verified the interpreting and  predictive performance of the GWPSI Evaluation Model. At last it modifies and improves the GWPSI Evaluation Model on the basis of results from the empirical research.
