Research on the Effect of User’s Multidimensional Reading Interaction on Reading Satisfaction

Abstract:

User interaction is an important manifestation of the user reading behavior. Carrying out association study between user interaction and user satisfaction will clear their correlation and provide a useful reference for improving the user satisfaction. The research suggested that reading interaction was composed of four dimensions: sharing, discussion, cooperation and evaluation. The participation and trust relationship were intermediary variables. By conducting questionnaire and structural equation model, the study verified multidimensional interaction effects on reading satisfaction. The research results showed that: reading interaction behavior has a positive impact on user’s reading satisfaction, among which the relationship between user participation and trust plays an intermediary role. In the interaction of concrete behavior,sharing and cooperation had a strong positive correlation with the cognitive degree of satisfaction,sharing and evaluation had a strong positive correlation with emotional satisfaction, and sharing had the strongest correlation with intention satisfaction.
