Abstract:
User interaction is an important manifestation of the user reading behavior. Carrying out association study between user interaction and user satisfaction will clear their correlation and provide a useful reference for improving the user satisfaction. The research suggested that reading interaction was composed of four dimensions: sharing, discussion, cooperation and evaluation. The participation and trust relationship were intermediary variables. By conducting questionnaire and structural equation model, the study verified multidimensional interaction effects on reading satisfaction. The research results showed that: reading interaction behavior has a positive impact on user’s reading satisfaction, among which the relationship between user participation and trust plays an intermediary role. In the interaction of concrete behavior,sharing and cooperation had a strong positive correlation with the cognitive degree of satisfaction,sharing and evaluation had a strong positive correlation with emotional satisfaction, and sharing had the strongest correlation with intention satisfaction.
