Research Progress and Hotspots of Information Service:Model,Evaluation and Education

Abstract:

With the development of big data era, the environment, patterns and content of information service have changed. This paper takes 34 conference papers related to the topic of “information service” in iConference 2017, combing with the research literatures at home and abroad in recent years, in order to disclose the research progress and hotspots in information service research from three aspects: information service model research, quality evaluation and education guidance. In the view of research methods, it mostly adopts the empirical research method. What’s more, this paper focuses on the library spatial service mode and information service system, quality evaluation based on information resources, channels and areas, the digitization and fairness of information education and new projects. The inclusive support of information service has become one of the highlights of this conference, which is conducive to promoting information fairness and providing references for our country to carry out information service and education.
