Abstract:

It is found that the male community librarians are not happy. So it is necessary to figure out how they feel by themselves, if they are satisfied with their jobs and the level of their loyalty to their organization. Comparing the male community librarians with the female ones is believed to be a very effective method. 114 male community librarians coming from Xiao Shan District join in the research as objects.
