非公共卫生领域的数字过度使用行为:定义、测度体系与影响因素

A Systematic Review of Digital Overuse Behavior in Non-public Health: Definition, Measurement and Influencing Factors

摘要: [目的/意义]分析国外非公共卫生领域数字过度使用行为的定义、测度体系和影响因素的研究现状,为国内外学者开展数字过度使用行为研究提供参考。[研究设计/方法]遵循系统综述PRISMA流程,在Web of Science和Scopus两个数据库中检索,筛选出2013—2023年数字过度使用行为相关的英文文献59篇,对其进行分析和编码,总结了非公共卫生领域数字过度使用行为相关的定义、测度体系和影响因素。[结论/发现]归纳了非公共卫生领域数字过度使用行为的两种定义、25种测度体系,从个体和环境两个维度总结了数字过度使用行为的驱动因素和抑制因素,包括个体属性、认知特征、身体健康、心理健康、互联网经历、互联网使用模式、家庭因素、组织因素、社会因素,并讨论了已有研究存在的问题,为未来的研究提供了建议。[创新/价值]对非公共卫生领域数字过度使用行为的研究进行系统梳理,明确关于该主题的定义、测度体系和影响因素,为未来探索数字过度使用行为奠定基础。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This study aims to analyze the research status of the definition, measurement frameworks, and influencing factors of digital overuse behavior in non-public health domains abroad, so as to provide a reference for scholars to conduct research on digital overuse behavior globally. [Design/Methodology] Following the PRISMA guidelines for systematic reviews, relevant English-language literature on digital overuse behavior published between 2013 and 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. A total of 59 research articles were screened out, analyzed, and coded. The definitions, measurement frameworks, and influencing factors associated with digital overuse behavior in non-public health fields were summarized. [Findings/Conclusion] This study identifies two definitions of digital overuse behavior and 25 measurement frameworks within non-public health domains. It categorizes the driving and inhibiting factors of digital overuse behavior into individual and environmental dimensions, including individual attributes, cognitive characteristics, physical health, mental health, internet experience, internet usage patterns, family factors, organizational factors, and social factors. Furthermore, the study discusses the gaps of existing research and provides suggestions for future research. [Originality/Value] This study systematically combs through the research on digital overuse behavior in non-public health domains, clarifies the definitions, measurement frameworks, and influencing factors on this topic, and lays a foundation for further exploration of digital overuse behavior in the future.
