Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The development of globalization has driven the online information sharing and interaction among multicultural users on social media. Paying attention to the characteristics of cross-cultural information sharing among multilingual users will help promote the multi-directional dissemination of excellent Chinese culture. [Design/Methodology] Taking videos about cross-cultural information sharing on Bilibili website as an example, using statistical analysis method and Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic modeling, this study identified the characteristics of cross-cultural information sharing among multilingual users. [Findings/Conclusion] By exploring the content output characteristics, this paper discovers that multilingual users' video publishing exhibit the traits of short duration, high frequency, and rapid output. The most frequently shared topics are food experience, exploration activity, challenge test, language and culture, news and current affairs, as well as entertainment interaction. The analysis of platform support characteristics shows that officially certified multilingual users have higher level of engagement and activity. The platform's technical support and content recommendation mechanism help expand the coverage of cross-cultural information sharing. In addition, focusing on the trend, emotion and content characteristics of interactive feedback, three main types of interactive feedback are effectively identified: fluctuating interaction, growing interaction and active interaction. [Originality/Value] From the perspective of cross-cultural communication, the three dimensions of content, platform and interaction are integrated to reveal new regulations of information sharing behavior of multilingual users, which is beneficial to promote the international dissemination of excellent Chinese culture.
