Abstract:

With the development of network and information technology, unstructured and semistructured data are explosively growing . These kinds of data are too huge to handle for manpower. The importance of data mining techniques in processing and analyzing data that has large quantities，rich types and rapid growth， is significantly increasing. In recent years, the study of data mining has many new developments, and the applications in information management discipline have been deepened. Taking 11 conference papers of iConference 2017 as the research sample and combining with native and foreign related literatures, we analyzes the application of data mining in the field of business, medicine & health academic research, and social media by using the corresponding methods of data mining.This paper sums up the application and development of data mining in information community based on the study of the problems and corresponding solutions.
