Abstract:
The ‘Knowledgebased’ process means the complete process of knowledge production and utilization in network knowledge community. And this process includes the cooperative transformation between implicit and explicit knowledge, and the upgrading from the fragmented knowledge to structural ones. As the users can be divided into active mode and passive one, whose behaviors are knowledge contribution and acquisition, this research carried on contrast analysis to the behaviors of knowledge contribution and acquisition. Therefore, this research found two main results from the behaviors of knowledge contribution and acquisition. From the former, the active users show self-awareness and self-demanded endogenousness, while the passive users show exogenous traits to the external environment. From the latter, the ‘knowledge-driven’ motivation of active users resulted from not only the objective factors, such as the quality and the effectiveness value of knowledge, but also the subjective factors, such as interests as well.
