Abstract: The newly established National Data Administration has proposed to promote the construction of data infrastructure, which has attracted widespread attention from all the country. This article analyzed the connotation of data infrastructure, and based on this, proposed the concept of intelligence infrastructure, and analyzed its connotation, background, and value. It was proposed that the information science community in China should deepen disciplinary innovation, accelerate practical exploration, strengthen policy voice, so as to promote further development of information science.
