学术检索智能体持续使用意愿形成机制——基于“CNKI检索大师”的模糊集定性比较分析

Formation Mechanism of Continued Usage Intention for Academic Retrieval Agents: A Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis Based on “CNKI Retrieval Master”

摘要: [目的/意义] 探究学术检索智能体持续使用意愿的形成机制,为AI4S在学术检索领域的应用提供理论框架和实践指导。[研究设计/方法] 基于主题信息检索需求,提出包括技术架构设计、交互体验优化和评估反馈机制的学术检索智能体三维构建框架,开发“CNKI检索大师”智能体。从系统性能、用户特性和交互效用三个维度选取七个条件变量,通过问卷调查和深度访谈收集数据,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法揭示持续使用意愿的形成路径。[结论/发现] 识别出驱动高持续使用意愿的四种典型构型:系统优势驱动型、学习赋能驱动型、关键要素驱动型和目标达成驱动型。使用高算力平台是形成高持续使用意愿的必要条件,“查全率—查准率平衡认知水平”在几乎所有路径中发挥关键作用。学术检索智能体对初学者具有显著的赋能效果,实现了从单纯的“工具”到“工具+教育”价值整合的重要转变。[创新/价值] 提出了学术检索智能体三维框架,并运用fsQCA方法揭示持续使用意愿形成的多元组态路径,为差异化智能体设计策略的制定提供了实证依据。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This study explores the formation mechanism of continued usage intention for academic retrieval agents, providing theoretical frameworks and practical guidance for AI4S applications in academic retrieval. [Design/Methodology] Grounded in subject-based information retrieval needs, a three-dimensional construction framework for academic retrieval agents was proposed, encompassing technical architecture design, interaction experience optimization, and evaluation feedback mechanisms. The "CNKI Retrieval Master" agent was developed accordingly. Seven conditional variables were selected from three dimensions: system performance, user characteristics, and interaction utility. Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, the Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA) was employed to uncover configurational pathways of the intention to continue using. [Findings/Conclusion] Four distinct configurations driving high intention to continue using are identified: system advantage-driven, learning empowerment-driven, key factor-driven, and goal achievement-driven. High-performance platform access emerges as a necessary condition for forming high intention to continue using, while "understanding of the trade-off of recall and precision" proves pivotal across nearly all pathways. The academic retrieval agent demonstrates a significant enabling effect on novices, embodying an important shift from purely "tool-oriented" to the integration of "tool + education" value. [Originality/Value] This study proposes a three-dimensional framework for academic retrieval agents and employs fsQCA to reveal diverse configurational pathways of continued usage intention formation, providing empirical evidence for differentiated agent design strategies.
