Abstract:

The problem of the reading difficulties groups has not yet been incorporated into the field of study and the limitations of the reading research angle, which are an important factor of unsatisfactory library reading research. The reading of the behavioral angle includes the reading of offering and the reading of implementation, and the lack of any aspect will encounter obstacles. The problem of the reading difficulties groups is the choke point of nationwide reading. The role of library’s “leadership” is limited, so the most effective action is to help them to step out of the troubles.
