网络知识社区中用户“知识化”行为影响因素——基于知识贡献与知识获取两个视角

摘要:

网络知识社区的“知识化”过程是知识生产与利用的完整过程,在这个过程中,隐性知识与显性知识协同转化,碎片化知识向结构化知识升级。网络知识社区中的用户分为主动型和被动型两种,他们在网络社区中的行为包括知识贡献、知识获取两个方面。通过构建结构方程模型,对这两类用户的知识贡献行为和知识获取行为进行了对照分析。研究发现,在知识贡献行为上,主动型用户主要基于个人因素,表现出一种具有自我意识和自我诉求的内生性,而被动型用户表现出一种对外部环境反应的外生性特质;在知识获取行为上,主动型用户的动力不仅仅来源于知识的质量、效用价值等客观因素,还受到其兴趣等主观因素的影响。

Abstract:

The ‘Knowledgebased’ process means the complete process of knowledge production and utilization in network knowledge community. And this process includes the cooperative transformation between implicit and explicit knowledge, and the upgrading from the fragmented knowledge to structural ones. As the users can be divided into active mode and passive one, whose behaviors are knowledge contribution and acquisition, this research carried on contrast analysis to the behaviors of knowledge contribution and acquisition. Therefore, this research found two main results from the behaviors of knowledge contribution and acquisition. From the former, the active users show self-awareness and self-demanded endogenousness, while the passive users show exogenous traits to the external environment. From the latter, the ‘knowledge-driven’ motivation of active users resulted from not only the objective factors, such as the quality and the effectiveness value of knowledge, but also the subjective factors, such as interests as well.
