Abstract:
Under the concept of “the small government and big service”, the grassroots public culture service starts a new exploration in the model of public cultural service, which is called social management. Through using the SWOTPEST analysis method in the field of competitive intelligence, this paper analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of social management in grassroots public culture service from the perspectives of politics, economy, society, technology. Then by forming the analysis array, this paper fond out the problems of social management in grassroots public culture service, and proposed some pertinent developing strategies to provide references for the development of Chinese grassroots public culture service.
