Abstract: In the era of artificial intelligence, the connotation of information behavior has undergone a profound transformation, gradually evolving from the traditional paradigm of "people seeking information" to a dynamic process of "information interaction co-shaped by humans and intelligent agents." As the development path of artificial intelligence shifts from "computing power-driven" to "cognitive intelligence-driven", the research on information behavior faces higher demands in terms of precision, interpretability, and the dynamic characterization of processes. Research on information behavior under human-AI interaction will follow the developmental trajectory of "discovering patterns - identifying motivations – unveiling mechanisms – constructing theories". This paper systematically reviews research methods in information behavior under human-AI interaction within the context of AI, proposes some new research paradigms suited to this context, and further explores the core shifts in research focus and emerging topics by incorporating interdisciplinary investigations into brain-computer collaborative information behavior. The aim is to provide a reference for constructing a research framework for information behavior oriented toward digital civilization.
