摘要: [ 目的 / 意义 ] 在我国高度重视人才建设与全球 iSchools 联盟运动蓬勃发展的时代背景下,以 iSchools 联盟这一科研社群为例,全面深入地对比分析中外LIS领域职业早期学者对于iSchools联盟的认知差异,有助于中外LIS科研社群的建设与发展。[研究设计/方法]提出包含社群角色、社群认同、社群参与、社群支持、社群凝聚力、社群需求六大要素的科研社群研究框架 , 采用问卷调查法与定性定量相结合的分析方法,深度剖析 iSchools 联盟中外职业早期学者对科研社群认知的异同,探索六大要素间的关系。[ 结论 / 发现 ] 与国外学者相比,我国职业早期学者对自身在 iSchools 联盟的社群职能认知较为不足,对社群的认同度和参与度较低,对社群支持和凝聚力认知较高,对社群的需求水平较高。科研社群六大要素间具有显著的相互作用关系。[ 创新 / 价值 ] 从 LIS 领域职业早期学者角度出发,解析了科研社群中社群角色、社群认同、社群参与、社群支持、社群凝聚力和社群需求之间的关联 , 为 iSchools 联盟科研社群建设提供参考。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] In the context of China's emphasis on talent construction and the vigorous development of the global iSchools movement, in order to promote the future development of research communities in the field of LIS, this study takes the iSchools as an example of research community and explores the cognitive differences about research community of iSchools' Chinese and foreign early career researchers(ECRs). [Design/Methodology] We proposed a research framework of research community with six elements: community role, community identity, community engagement, community support, community cohesion and community needs. Based on a questionnaire survey of Chinese and foreign ECRs' cognition on iSchools community and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, ECRs' cognitive differences and similarities on the six elements of research community were compared, and the possible connections between these elements were analyzed. [Findings/Conclusion] The results show that compared with foreign ECRs, domestic ECRs have lower cognition of iSchools' community role, community identity and community engagement, but higher cognition of community support, community cohesion and community needs. There are significant connections between the six elements of research community. [Originality/Value] This study analyzes the connections among community role, community identity, community engagement, community support, community cohesion and community needs from the perspective of ECRs in the field of LIS, and provide reference for future construction of iSchools research communities.
