Abstract:

There is no doubt that the community librarian is a very important component of the community library. But, very few scholars have paid attention to this group. It is really necessary to get to know the status of the community librarians. There are five parts, namely the individual information, the happiness-index investigation, the job satisfactory investigation, the organization commitment investigation and the process of joy.
