[Findings/Conclusion] In terms of group opinion polarization, if the opinion leader is an individual user, the degree of difference between the emotional attitude of group users and the opinion leader significantly impacts the degree of group opinion polarization negatively. Conversely, when official organization users act as opinion leaders, the degree of difference between the emotional attitude of network group users and the opinion leader has a significant positive effect on the polarization degree of network circle opinion. Regarding group polarization, the number of discussions in the group has a notable negative influence on its level of polarization. Additionally, both the authentication type and sentiment strength of opinion leaders significantly moderate this effect; however their influence has no significant moderating effect. Compared with individual users, group opinion leaders who are official users will enhance the influence relationship between the number of discussions in the circle group and the degree of group polarization, and the influence relationship between them will be weakened when the feelings of the group opinion leaders are enhanced. [Originality/Value] This study introduces the type of opinion leader as a moderating variable, explores the differences in the influence of various types of opinion leaders on the degree of group polarization of network circles, expands the relevant research on the influence mechanism of group polarization, and provides a new idea for the study of group polarization based on social network circles.

[Purpose/Significance] Methodological awareness plays a pivotal role in scholars' understanding of research problems and the selection of problem solution strategies. Investigating the practical application of methodological awareness and the integrity of these problem solution pathways can provide valuable insights for advancing research methods and ensuring the reliability of results in the field. [Design/Methodology] Taking "based on-type" literature published in LIS journals included in CSSCI as the study cases, this study uses the object terms in the titles to represent methodological awareness. By examining the knowledge entities and their combinations in the abstracts, it instantiates the methodological awareness and characterizes the problem solution paths. Through an analysis of object term types, the study identifies the factors driving methodological awareness and further explores the coherence and completeness of research problem solution strategies. [Findings/Conclusion] The research in LIS is predominantly characterized by a methodological awareness focused on technology-driven and data-driven approaches. However, the absence of datasets and knowledge entities of methodology is still quite common. The influence of interdisciplinary approaches on theoretical models and research methods is substantial, and there is a need to strengthen the innovation within the original discipline itself. At the same time, research in LIS shows the combination effect between methodological awareness and problem solution strategies is not satisfactory. [Originality/Value] These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of problem-solving choices in LIS research design and have implications for enhancing the quality of future research.

    Abstract311)      PDF(pc) (560KB)(190)       Save
[Purpose/Significance] The essence of knowledge co-creation in online health communities(OHCs)lies in the improvement of disease treatment approaches through the gradual enhancement of group cognition and the formation of group consensus. This study aims to reveal the characteristics of group consensus evolution patterns and their key influencing factors at both macro and micro levels, thereby providing a basis for guiding and intervening in the knowledge co-creation process. [Design/Methodology] This study uses a data set comprising 16,822 valid comments extracted from 998 discussion posts in an OHC called "Yuaigongwu", spanning from January 2013 to August 2023. Firstly, to address the concealment of users' standpoint, a group consensus measurement method integrating semantic structure analysis is proposed. Secondly, on this basis, the evolution patterns of group consensus are identified and refined by employing the K-mediods and Dynamic Time Warping(DTW)algorithm. Finally, a predictive model based on the LightGBM algorithm is constructed to analyze and forecast the evolution patterns of group consensus in online health communities. [Findings/Conclusion] The research results show that the evolution patterns of group consensus in knowledge co-creation within OHCs can be abstracted into four categories: Initial Surge-Decay Pattern, Significant Fluctuation Pattern, Swift Surge-Stabilization Pattern, Stage-wise Incremental Pattern. Seven factors, such as negative emotion scores, topic quality, and credibility, have a relatively significant influence on the formation of group consensus evolution patterns in online health communities. Among them, topic quality and social attribute similarity play a particularly prominent role in promoting group consensus growth. For discussion posts with a Initial Surge-Decay Pattern, it is recommended to enhance group consensus by adopting concise topic expressions and encouraging participation from users with similar backgrounds. [Originality/Value] This study introduces a method for measuring group consensus that is applicable to knowledge co-creation in OHCs, and provides new expansion ideas for developing dynamic research on group consensus.

[Purpose/Significance] The aim of this study is to examine the dimensions and hierarchical characteristics of public expectations regarding the quality of information disclosure in public health emergencies, and to propose strategies for optimizing quality to better address the uncertain environment. [Design/Methodology] Based on the intrinsic commensurability between the information disclosure quality and its public expectation, this study identified potential indicators of public expectation of information disclosure quality in the context of public health emergencies. Then it collected questionnaire data via Kano model structure scale, employed factor analysis and Better-Worse coefficient analysis to reveal the dimensional and hierarchical features of public expectations for information disclosure quality. [Findings/Conclusion] The 22 potential indicators of public expectation of information disclosure quality that are capable of effectively characterizing the public expectation can be divided into three dimensions including usability, accessibility and credibility, which belong to different hierarchies of public expectation. According to the results, the "dimension-hierarchy" model of the public expectation of information disclosure quality is constructed. Finally, based on the model, an optimization path of "M→O→A→I" for the information disclosure quality in public health emergencies is put forward. [Originality/Value] This research focus on the perspective of public expectation, and apply the Kano model to the study of public expectation and combine dimension and hierarchy of expectation, which helps to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing the quality of public health emergency information disclosure.

[Purpose/Significance] The phenomenon of algorithmic malpractice causes general algorithmic anxiety and even algorithmic crisis. Understanding the occurrence process and formation mechanism of user algorithmic coping behavior is helpful to the healthy development of artificial intelligence. [Design/Methodology] Based on the the coping theory, this study constructs a U-shaped influence model of algorithmic anxiety on algorithmic avoidance among intelligent recommendations users. A total of 351 valid questionnaires are collected through a survey, and data analysis and hypothesis testing are conducted using hierarchical regression analysis and the MEDCURVE macro program. [Findings/Conclusion] There is a U-shaped relationship between algorithmic anxiety and algorithmic avoidance, as well as between algorithmic resistance and algorithmic avoidance; algorithmic resistance plays a mediating role in the U-shaped relationship between algorithmic anxiety and algorithmic avoidance; algorithmic awareness positively moderates the relationship between algorithmic anxiety and algorithmic avoidance, making the U-shaped curve steeper when users have higher algorithmic awareness, and flatter when they have lower algorithmic awareness; algorithmic awareness does not moderate the effect of algorithmic anxiety on algorithmic resistance. [Originality/Value] This study clarifies the complex dynamic relationship between algorithmic anxiety and algorithmic coping behavior, providing a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for optimizing platform algorithmic services, implementing differentiated user management, and enhancing users' algorithmic adaptability, and thereby contributing to the development of the algorithmic application ecosystem.
