智慧的交融 有益的启示——武汉大学信息管理学院“十三五”学科建设与发展规划专题研讨

摘要:

        为贯彻落实国家高等教育改革和提高高等教育质量的精神,进一步探讨研究型大学本科教育的定位和目标,促进本科人才培养质量的提升,2015年5月23日,武汉大学信息管理学院期刊中心配合学院,组织了全国各兄弟院校、研究院所的知名专家学者,以及我院相关领导和各系所主任教授,召开了学院“十三五”学科建设与发展规划专题学术讨论会。
        武汉大学信息管理学院院长方卿教授首先从学院学科建设现状、存在的问题、国家及学校的形势与政策入手,就学院拟定“十三五”学科建设规划的指导思想、学科布局、建设举措和建设目标,以及学院国际一流学科建设计划,进行了提纲挈领的介绍。针对方卿院长的介绍,参加讨论的各位专家学者畅所欲言,结合自己所在院系所的学科建设与发展的思路与经验,以及对学科理论研究的掌握,从学科建设重点、专业调整、学科拓展、学生培养、人才引进、国际合作与发展等多个角度和层面,分析了目前学科发展和建设中的难点、热点和远景,交流了诸多值得借鉴的经验和建议,就武大信息管理学院的“十三五”学科建设与发展规划建言建策,为本学科的未来3~5年的规划与发展奉献了各自所代表的院系所的思路与做法,实现了本学科规划与发展的高层次的交流和智慧碰撞,体现了兼容并蓄,共创学科大发展的积极态度。
        本次专题讨论会,不仅对我院“十三五”学科建设与发展规划有着重要的指导性借鉴意义,也是一次学术大家的汇聚、一次高水准的学科发展思路的交流和思想的碰撞。

Abstract:

        In order to implement and deepen reform of the national highereducation and to improve its quality, further to explore the position and target of undergraduate education in research university, School of Information Management, Wuhan University, held a symposium on “The thirteenth Fiveyear plan” discipline construction and development planning on May 23, 2015. This conference invited many wellknown experts and scholars of other universities and research institutes to attend.
        To begin with, Fang Qing, Dean of School of Information Management, Wuhan University, introduced the present situation and problems of discipline construction, the school’s situation and policies, the guiding ideology, discipline layout, construction initiatives and goals of its “The thirteenth Fiveyear plan”, as well as international firstclass discipline construction.
        Based on Dean Fang’s speech, experts and scholars analyzed the difficulty, hot spot and prospect of current discipline development, exchanged many worthy experiences and advices in various aspects such as key point of discipline construction, major adjustment, academic outreach, student training, talent introduction, international cooperation and development and so on. Focused on the theme, individual ideas and practices of the next three to five years’ planning and development were devoted. It achieves highlevel exchanges and reflects the inclusive and positive attitude towards discipline development.
        This symposium is not only an academic convergence, but also an important guiding reference on our discipline construction and development planning.
