  • Online:2018-05-10 Published:2018-05-10

Abstract:

As an important knowledge interactive platform, the online Q&A community has changed the traditional knowledge search and service mode, and collective wisdom is fully integrated and utilized. There are a number of participants in the online Q&A community, which are interactive and affect the balance and development of the community. This paper is intended to reveal the knowledge behaviors of participants in online Q&A community and their interactions from various perspectives such as individuals, environment and ecosystem. This paper firstly reviews the recent achievements on the knowledge behavior of online Q&A community participants, and puts forward the framework of influencing factors of knowledge behavior based on the theory of social cognition; Based on the framework, we analyze the types of knowledge behavior and the influencing factors from the perspectives of questioner, respondents and platform manager; Finally, according to Bronfenbrenner's ecosystem theory, an ecosystem model of online Q&A community participants has been proposed. The ecological system model proposed in this paper reveals the interaction and dynamic development process of the participants' knowledge behavior from multiple levels, which is of great significance to the management and maintenance of online Q&A community ecosystem.
