Abstract: ［Purpose/Significance］This paper offers some thoughts for the reform of library, information and archives management in the era of data intelligence empowerment in order to provide theoretical reference and path guidance for the future development of this discipline.［Design/Methodology］This paper explored the current situation of library, information and archives management, and then deeply analyzed the data intelligence environment of a new generation. It also revealed the new opportunities and challenges brought by the new environment to this discipline. At last, this paper proposed some thoughts on the future development of library, information and archives management.［Findings/Conclusion］Data intelligence empowerment is a new growing point for the development of this discipline. Library, information and archives management should actively adapt to the new situation and new requirements through strengthening self-confidence, forging ability and create conditions in order to realize the prosperity and development of this discipline.［Originality/Value］This study systematically explores related issues and offers answers to the problems relevant to the reform of library, information and archives management in the data intelligence empowerment environment. It also provides advice and reference for the theoretical and practical innovation in the field of library, information and archives management.
