基础科学国际合作的测度和分析

摘要:

科技全球化使国际科技资源在全球范围内流动配置,使国家在更大范围内对全球科技资源进行利用和配置,国际合作有助于提高国家控制和运用科技资源的能力。学术论文产出直接反映出科研主体的科研水平和规模。通过对科学论文的国际合作测度可以反映全球科学研究的国际合作态势。基于SCI数据创建国际合作论文数据集,结合文献计量和社会网络分析方法,从国际合作整体发展特征、合作网络的子群演变、合作阵营的特征、学科领域的国际合作状况分析国际科技合作,并总结了12个学科近十年基础科学领域国际合作的新特征。

Abstract:

The globalization of the scientific and technological resource have made the international allocation resources in a wider range. International collaboration helps facilitate the ability of national control and the use of S&T resources. Academic papers reflect the level of scientific research and the scale directly. Measurement of international collaboration in scientific papers reflects the global trend of international collaboration in scientific research. Based on SCI data, combined with bibliometrics and social network analysis, we get the overview of the world international collaboration from the perspectives of characteristics of the the international collaboration, the evolution of cooperation network subgroups, features of collaboration camp , the situation of international collaboration in 12 disciplines in ten years and draw the conclusion from the analysis.
