Abstract:

The knowledge management theory provides a way to make the best use of knowledge resources and to improve the efficiency of the natural disaster management. This paper analyzes the status of China’s research of knowledge management in the natural disaster emergency management, and then proposes the frame of the construction of knowledge management system of natural disaster emergency management based on E-government. The implementation of knowledge management of the natural disaster management will be promoted and the overall level of the emergency management of natural disaster in China will be enhanced with the system on the basis of the construction of China’s E-government.
