Abstract:

Reveal the inner logic of the view of “Western science” scope and level and with Liang Qichao reformism thought of three points system theory of science、zheng、religion in Liang Qichao’s “Western Culture Booklist”. Based on Liang Qichao’s academic thought, compared with relevant bibliography, this paper analysis of the specific content、epistemological roots and social motivation of the three points system of the specific content of science、zheng、religion. The three points system theory of science、zheng、religion constitutes a “western” relatively complete image ,the Western political “seen in fact” includes both “western technology”(yong), and politics（ti）, and all of them “come from science”. This has laid a theoretical foundation for “all zheng”, and beyond two points with ti yong and Westernization culture strategy which is “zhongtixiyong”, It finally demonstrates the legitimacy of politics, and to provide a basis for the bibliography on the system level reform.
