Abstract:

Foreign competitive intelligence work experience shows that key intelligence topic is the important approach of successful competitive intelligence work. Literature research, case study and inductive reasoning approaches are adopted in the study, and Southern Power Grid is chosen as an instance of the study. Then scope and characteristics of key intelligence topic of large power grid corporations are discussed. And ultimately approaches of large power grid corporations condensing key intelligence topics are proposed, including: accurate expression of the demand for intelligence, integration of information resources within and outside the network, interaction between intelligence users and intelligence workers, cultivation of the culture of the key intelligence topics, establishing feedback mechanism of key intelligence topics, establishing database of key intelligence topics.
