Abstract: "The 'Data Elements ×' Three-Year Action Plan（2024—2026）", jointly issued by seventeen national departments, has attracted wide attention from the society. This article firstly examines the core issues, classification and significance of data elements in the healthcare field. Furthermore, the key strategies to promote the integration and innovative use of healthcare data are proposed, including enhancing the collection of healthcare data through technological empowerment, advancing the integration and standardization of healthcare data, promoting the openness and sharing of healthcare data, and strengthening the security protection of healthcare data.
