微型知识管理的障碍与策略研究

摘要:

“微”正以前所未有的思想力量与技术优势解构着人们认知活动的原有领域。知识的“微”变丰富了其存在的形态,也改变着其创生与传播的规则。因此对知识的研究除了关注其形态的微小外,还要考察其关系存在方式赋予的独特品格。本研究从微型知识的界定出发,阐释了微型知识的存在特性、传播特性、过程特性与关系特性,指出了微型知识管理的主要内容与过程,解析了微型知识管理在技术标准、组织信任与评价层面面临的障碍,并探讨了微型知识管理绩效提升的方向与策略。

Abstract:

The word “micro” is deconstructing the original research field of cognitive activity with an unprecedented ideological strength and technical advantages. Microvariation of knowledge diversifies its own existing forms,and also changes the rules of knowledge creation and dissemination. So in addition to the attention of its tiny forms ,we should also pay close attention to its unique characteristics given by its existing forms. On the basis of concept definition,this paper first explains the features of microknowledge about existing, propagation, process and relationship, then points out the main content and process of microknowledge management, and next analyzes the obstacles from three aspects: technical standard,organization trust and performance evaluation, finally discusses the directions and strategies for performance improvement of microknowledge management.
