文件档案管理领域区块链技术应用研究综述

Review on the Application of Blockchain Technology in Records and Archives Management

摘要: [目的/意义]2016年至今,区块链技术已引起文件档案管理领域的高度重视,对研究现状进行梳理和分析,有助于了解新兴技术应用趋势,并为进一步的探索提供研究方向。 [研究设计/方法] 按照What-Why-How的思路进行文献分析,对当前引入新技术区块链的应用研究进行三个方面的归纳,即文件档案管理视角下的区块链技术、区块链在文件档案管理应用中的适用性分析和文件档案管理中区块链的应用研究。[结论/发现] 国内外文件档案管理领域对区块链技术接受度较高,且探索热度还在持续中,但与此同时也存在管理理论研究较少、文档专业影响不足、共享部署探讨缺乏等问题。[创新/价值]通过现状分析,发现研究不足,并从理论、技术、管理和治理层面提出可以继续深入的研究方向,为进一步开展区块链在文件档案管理中的应用研究提供参考。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]Since 2016, blockchain technology has attracting great attention in the field of records and archives management. Analysis of the current research situation is helpful to understand the application trend of this emerging technology, and provide research directions for further study.[Design/Methodology]According to the idea of What-Why-How, this study summarized the research of blockchain application from three aspects: blockchain technology review from the perspective of records and archives management, the applicability analysis and the application of blockchain technology in records and archives management.[Findings/Conclusion]Blockchain technology is commonly accepted in the field of records and archives management at home and abroad, which is still a continuing research hotspot. However, there are also some problems, such as lack of theoretical research on management, weak professional influence of archives, and inadequate discussion on sharing deployment.[Originality/Value]With the analysis of current situation, the deficiencies of existing researches have been found, and further research directions have been pointed out from the aspects of theory, technology, management and governance so as to provide some reference for further research on the application of blockchain in records and archives management.
