摘要: [目的/意义] ChatGPT是人工智能生成内容的一种应用升级,能够作为社会行动者帮助用户搜索和生成所需的信息。旨在对AI赋能的替代信息搜索特征和理论框架进行归纳和展望。[研究设计/方法] 首先通过对替代信息搜索发展历程的梳理,重点分析AI赋能的替代信息搜索的内涵和特征,然后基于社会技术系统范式探讨AI赋能的替代信息搜索的理论框架。[结论/发现] AI赋能的替代信息搜索基于“信息需求者—AI算法—网络信息资源”的三元关系组,人智协同地实现信息的获取、集成和呈现。尝试从技术、信息、用户和社会文化四个层面构建了AI赋能的替代信息搜索的理论框架。未来可行的研究方向包括信任和信息可信度研究、用户采纳和使用体验研究、信息服务和知识供给场景下的应用研究以及用户算法素养教育研究等。[创新/价值] 对AI赋能的替代信息搜索的研究有助于丰富数智时代用户信息行为和信息服务的理论,并能够为未来的研究和实践提供参考。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] ChatGPT is an application upgrade of AI generated content(AIGC), which can act as a social actor to help users search for and generate their required information. This paper aims to summarize and prospect the features and theoretical framework of AI-enabled surrogate information searching. [Design/Methodology] Firstly, by combing the development process of surrogate information searching, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of AI-enabled surrogate information searching. Then, based on the paradigm of sociotechnical system,we explore the theoretical framework of AI-enabled surrogate information searching. [Findings/Conclusion] It is found that the AI-enabled surrogate information searching is based on a ternary relationship group of "information demanders - AI algorithms - online information resources", which achieves the acquisition, integration, and presentation of informationthrough human-AI collaboration.This paper constructs a theoretical framework of AI-enabled surrogate information searching from four aspects: technology, information, users, and social culture. It also points out that the possible future research directions include trust and information credibility research, user adoption and user experience research, application research under the scenarios of information services and knowledge supply, and user algorithm literacy education research,etc. [Originality/Value] The research on AI-enabled surrogate information searching can help enrich the theory of user information behavior and information services in the era of digital intelligence and provide reference for future research and practice.
