Abstract:

This paper based in the context of discussion on LISundergraduate teaching assessment in China currently, introduces the UK LIS Education faced higher education quality assurance system. The paper explains the history of education quality assurance both in the context of higher education system and professional autonomy system. On this basis, the paper analyses the main standards and approaches of QAA review worked on LIS education.
