Abstract:

With the development of mobile information technology, it becomes popular and universal to access to mobile phones, ebook reader, tablet PCs, and other terminal equipments for using mobile information services in university campus and SMS service, WAP service, mobile reference service, ebook lending service model,etc. appear. By reseaching a total of 820 undergraduate college library systems in 31 provinces, this reseach conductes an deep analysis of the four application patterns of mobile information services in domestic academic libraries, and discusses the development of mobile information services in domestic academic libraries,combined with successful experience of foreign university libraries.
