Abstract: Several excellent young scholars were invited to talk about their experience and feeling about their profession, teaching and research in the fields of library, information and archives as well as information and data management. It is their mission to advance the disciplinary development, inherit the traditions of hundred-year Boone Library School, and explore the endless knowledge.
