网络问答社区“知乎”的知识分享与传播行为研究

Research on Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination Behavior of Online Q&A Services:Taking Zhihu as an Example

本文以新兴的知识问答与分享社区——知乎网为研究对象,采取内容分析和社会网络分析相结合的方法,深入探讨网络问答社区内用户的知识传播与知识分享行为并得出三个结论:首先是整体网呈现一个典型的“小世界”网络关系,其节点呈幂律分布;其次社区成员参与讨论所扮演的角色鲜明,点入度较高的成员比较有声望,能够吸引更多的人和其讨论交流。点出度高的成员则习惯于阅读答案以及和其他人进行讨论提问,他们是知识建构的促进者和知识共享的受益者。最后从内容上而言,社交问答网站问题呈现更多元化,回答部分内容更加个性化以及偏重社交功能。

Abstract:

The data for this research was collected from Zhihu, which is a famous online Q&A community in China. Content analysis and social network analysis were used to discuss about users' behavior of knowledge sharing and dissemination in this research. The results suggested that, firstly, the community exhibited the traits of a small world and powerlaw distribution. Secondly, higher outdegree members had more prestige and attracted more followers. And higher indegree members were accustom to read answers and communicate with others, so that they are the promoters of knowledge building and benefited from knowledge sharing. Finally, from the view of contents, the questions were diversified, and the answers were inclined to personalized and sociability.
