摘要: 彭斐章先生作为我国著名的图书馆学教育家,他的图书馆学教育思想来源于文华图专时期所受的教育、留苏时期所受的教育和国内图书馆学教育实践活动。通过搜集和研读彭斐章先生在各历史时期,特别是1978年以后的著作、论文,以及学界对先生的访谈和研究先生的文献,总结提炼先生的图书馆学教育思想。彭斐章图书馆学教育思想可概括为他的图书馆学教育地位观、学科建设观、人才观、质量观、知行观、师德观。先生的图书馆学教育思想具有系统性、前瞻性和实践性,丰富了图书馆学教育理论,为决策层制定图书馆学教育政策提供了依据,推动了图书馆学教育的发展和改革。

Abstract: As a wellknown educator of library science, Professor Peng Feizhang’s ideology on library science education derive from his education at Boone Library School, his studying in the Soviet Union,as well as his teaching in the field of library science in China. By collecting and researching his works, papers, academic interviews and publications in different periods, especially those after 1978, this study summarizes and refines Peng Feizhang’s ideology on library science education, which could be generalized from several aspects including education status, discipline construction, talents, quality, knowledge and action, and professional ethics. Prof. Peng’s library science education ideology is systematic, prospective and practical, which has enriched the theory, provided a basis for decision makers to develop policies, and promoted the development and reform of library science education.
