Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]The mode of dynamic circulation management and operationneed to be constructed to innovate and deepen the library reading promotion.The introduction of enhanced PDCA+F quality management model can effectively catalyze the sustainable development of library reading promotion. [Design/Methodology]The PDCA+F theory is applied to analyze each session of the process of library reading promotion and the library reading promotion, and Northeast Agricultural University is used as an example to test the effect of adoption of the model. [Findings /Conclusion]Using PDCA + F theory to carry out fine management of Library reading promotion is conductive to spur the programming, standardization and scientization of the work, which will constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of the practice. [Originality/Value]We propose a solution to effectively enhance the sustainability and stability of the library reading promotion, which is a good reference for achieving the institutionalization and standardization of the practice.
