文华图专师资力量探析和启示

摘要:

文华图专以其人才培养的卓著成效而蜚声海内外,师资力量为此贡献良多,韦棣华、沈祖荣、毛坤、皮高品等等一批名师也素来为人景仰。本文从整体上对文华图专师资力量进行统计分析,依据文华图专师资力量发展的时间顺序分为四个历史阶段。概括了其师资在所属国籍、教育背景、教学资历和传承延续等方面的特点。从中总结出吸引人才,凝聚精神;兼顾中西,包容古今;立足实践,引领未来等方面启示,或可为当今图书馆学教育发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:

As it was remarkable for effective talent cultivation home and abroad, the faculty of Boone Library School has made outstanding contribution, with representative ones such as Mary Elizabeth Wood, Samuel T.Y. Seng, Mao Kun, Pi Gaopin highly prized. The faculty of Boone Library School is researched as a whole. According to the chronological order the development can be divided into 4 historical stages. Based on the statistics and analysis,the characteristics of faculty are briefly introduced, including nationality, educational background, qualification and the continuation.All these practices have enlightenments on today’s library science education: attracting talent and condensing the spirit; combining both Chinese and Western, ancient and modern; basing on practice to lead the future all.
