面向国家战略层面和社会应用层面的我国情报学学科发展定位及其思考

Orientation and Reflection for the Development of Information Science in China Targeting the National Strategy and Social Application

摘要: 对我国情报学在新时期的学科发展方向和特点凝练等问题给出了包括价值定位、必要性和具体内容的完整说明。[研究设计/方法]从情报学研究内容的历史发展角度,结合文献整理和理论分析,厘清了情报学以决策需求驱动为主的研究方向规划和以国家战略服务为导向的新发展点设计。[结论/发现] 情报学研究内容应该主要面向国家战略层面和社会应用层面,充分体现情报学的交叉型应用型学科特点,以形成一个跨学科的“大情报”学科体系,也有利于培养情报人才的全情报能力。[创新/价值]从学科发展历史的角度,系统阐述了面向国家战略层面和社会应用层面的情报学研究方向设计,并对相关具体研究内容做出了详细说明。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]This paper provided a comprehensive illustration of the developmental direction and characteristics of intelligence science in China in the new era, including value proposition, necessity and specific contents.
[Design/Methodology]From the historical development perspective of intelligence science research content, and with the combination of literature collation and theoretical analysis, this paper found that the research direction was determined by decision-making and the new development points were oriented to serving national strategies.[Findings/Conclusion]The research content of intelligence science should adapt to national strategies and social applications, and fully reflect the interdisciplinary and applicable characteristics of intelligence science so as to establish an academic discipline system of big intelligence, and help develop talents' ability of comprehensive intelligence.[Originality/Value]From the perspective of discipline development history, this paper has expounded how to make intelligence science research direction oriented to national strategies and social applications, and offered a detailed description of relevant specific research contents.
