Abstract:

Based on the detailed investigation of iSchools’ disciplines, this paper discusses the integration situation of information science ,such as the Library and Information Science ，and its related disciplines. The three tendencies of the iSchools’ disciplines integration are found:(1)within the information science, the integration of Library and Information science and Archives tends to strengthen;(2)the integration of information science and others, such as Business and Biology, will be more indepth;(3)in Doctorate education level, the relationship between information science and Philosophy is even closer.
