中国近代图书馆专业人才培养之途径

摘要:

中国近代图书馆员的多途径培养体系的完善,为图书馆事业的发展起到了积极推进作用,在这一过程中人员始终是一个最重要、最活跃的要素。中国近代图书馆事业的人才培养,直到1920年才步入轨道,产生了高校正规培养和业余讲习两种途径,以后培养途径逐渐多样化,形成了普通学校、函授培训、职业教育、实习途径、各类讲习班、国外留学和交换馆员等多种途径,这些活动,适应了中国近代图书馆事业的发展需求。

Abstract:

The improving of librarian training system in Chinese modern library played a positive role in promoting the development of library, in which staff training was always one of the most important and active factors. Until 1920, the professional talent training of Chinese modern library just started on the right track, and produced two kinds of training ways: the formal college training and the amateur workshops training. Since then, ways of training gradually diversified forming a variety of approaches including ordinary school education, correspondence training, occupation education,practice,workshops,study abroad and exchange of librarians, which adapt to the development needs of the Chinese modern library.
