摘要:

利用前期构建的政府门户网站公众满意度(GWPSI)模型实证研究的结果,论文根据模型关键结构变量对提升公众满意度的贡献率及重要程度,宏观划定了在提升政府门户网站公众满意度过程中,各关键结构变量发展的目标区域。然后,在分析各结构变量所处的目标区域特点的基础上,就各结构变量针对性地提出提升政府门户网站公众满意度的对策。

Abstract:

Based on the results of the previous empirical research on the government website public satisfaction index model, the paper divides developmental targeted areas for several key structural variables of GWPSI model according to its contribution rate to promoting government website public satisfaction index and its importance. Then, on the basis of analysis of the special features of the targeted areas, it puts forward countermeasures to promote the satisfaction index.
